We built Planoda because no tool let ops run a calm Kanban board and engineering run a keyboard-first issue tracker on the same data. So we wrote one schema underneath both — and we build it in public.

The thesis
Every other tool made teams pick a side: rigorous issue tracking or a friendly board. Engineering ended up on one tool, ops on another, and the glue was a doc nobody kept current.
We wrote a single schema, one permission model, and one realtime fabric that power both lenses. A board card and an engineering issue are the same row, viewed two ways. Change it in one place, it's changed everywhere.
The same schema that keeps humans honest keeps agents honest too. Agents act through the exact procedures and RLS boundaries your team uses, so there is one access surface and one audit log for everyone — person or model.

Tenant isolation is enforced by Postgres row-level security, not by application code that an endpoint can forget to call. A bug in a router cannot leak another workspace's data.
Triage suggests, search surfaces, agents propose. Destructive actions route through a propose/approve broker, and every prompt and spend is auditable against a per-workspace budget.

No feature flags rotting in the codebase, no compatibility shims, no deprecated paths kept alive 'for one more deploy'. When something changes, it gets a clean rewrite.
The roadmap, the changelog, and the reasoning behind big calls are open. We'd rather ship a smaller thing this week and tell you why than disappear for a quarter and surprise you. Feedback closes the loop directly with the people writing the code.
