Insights
Pre-built reports for the questions everyone asks every week. Cycle health, project velocity, throughput by team, escape defects, time-in-status histograms, lead time and cycle time percentiles, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction trends. Every chart is interactive — filter by team, project, label, customer, time window — and every datapoint is clickable, drilling into the underlying issues with one tap. Reports refresh on a schedule or on-demand; freshness is shown alongside each chart so nobody acts on stale data. Insights are designed to answer the question, not start an analysis project — every chart includes a one-line interpretation hint and a recommended next step.
Dashboards
Compose your own from a palette of chart blocks — line, bar, stacked area, scatter, kanban heatmap, single-stat, percentile gauge, calendar heatmap. Drag blocks onto a canvas, resize, reorder, group, share. Dashboards can be private (just you), team-scoped, workspace-scoped, or public — embed them in Notion, your status page, your CRM. Filters cascade across all blocks; time range is global per dashboard. Cache layer keeps render latency under 200ms even on dashboards with twenty blocks pulled from millions of issues. Snapshot any dashboard for a moment-in-time export — PDF, PNG, CSV.
SLA tracking
Define what an SLA means in your business: response time, resolution time, ack time, time in a specific status. Attach SLAs to priority, customer plan, issue type, or any custom field. The engine tracks active timers, warns at configurable thresholds, and breaches loudly — inbox, email, Slack, PagerDuty webhook. Breaches surface on dashboards with the responsible team, the breaching issue, and the elapsed delta. Quarterly SLA reports auto-generate for your customers and your auditors.
Custom metrics
Define a metric in our query language — SQL-flavored, typed, validated — once and use it everywhere. Filters, dashboards, alerts, exports, even the issue list pivots understand it. Examples shipped: PR cycle time p95 by team, escaped bug rate per release, intake-to-triage latency by source, customer health score from open ticket weight. Custom metrics participate in row-level security automatically — users only see numbers built from issues they can read.
Burndown + velocity
The classic cycle dashboard, modernized. Burndown overlays scope changes so you can see when the cycle got bigger mid-flight. Velocity rolls forward four cycles by default with a configurable trend window. Capacity planning suggests next-cycle scope based on recent throughput and announced PTO.
