Objectives with measurable key results
A goal in Planoda is a real OKR, not a label on a task. Write the qualitative objective — "become the fastest tool in the category," "make onboarding effortless" — then attach the measurable key results that prove it: p95 API latency under 100ms, activation rate from 38% to 60%, NPS from 41 to 55. Each key result carries a metric kind (number, percent, currency, or done/not-done), a start→target band, and a current value your team updates as the quarter unfolds. Percent-complete is computed honestly — `(current − start) / (target − start)`, clamped — so a key result can never look further along than its numbers say.
