About the role

You shape how the product feels — the flows, the moments, the decisions that make complex work feel simple. You'll own problems end to end, from research and exploration through to shipped, refined product, partnering closely with engineering the whole way.

The work

What you'll do.

Own design problems end to end, from research to shipped product.
Design flows that feel calm, fast, and obvious to use.
Prototype to validate ideas before they reach engineering.
Partner with design engineers to ship with high fidelity.
Contribute to and pull from the shared design system.

You bring

What we're looking for.

4+ years designing digital products, ideally B2B or productivity tools.
A portfolio showing strong interaction and visual craft.
Fluency with modern design tooling and prototyping.
Ability to scope, research, and drive your own work.
Clear written communication for a remote, async team.

Bonus

Nice to have.

Experience designing for power users and keyboard-first workflows.
Comfort working close to code and design systems.
