Security & tenancy
Understand the isolation model — row-level tenant security, data residency, and what Planoda will and won't do with your data.
What you'll learn
- Explain row-level tenant isolation enforced at the database layer.
- State Planoda's data-handling posture: no model training on your data, US/EU hosting, SOC 2 in progress.
- Know where the canonical security statement lives (the Trust Center and security pages).
Row-level tenant isolation
7 min — Your workspace's data is fenced off at the database.
Planoda enforces tenant isolation at the database with row-level security, so one workspace's data is fenced off from every other workspace's at the lowest layer — not just in application code. This is the same boundary AI agents are clamped to.
Data handling and residency
5 min — No training on your data; hosted US/EU.
Planoda does not train AI models on your workspace data. Hosting is available in the US and EU, and SOC 2 is in progress. For the canonical, continuously-updated statement of the security posture, see the AI Trust Center and the security pages — this lesson summarizes them, it doesn't replace them.
