Do I need a paid plan to use the Slack integration?

No. Slack is available on the free tier. Some advanced routing rules are tied to higher plans, but core slash commands and notifications work on free.

Can replies in Slack update the issue?

Status and assignee changes made from the notification's inline actions sync to the issue. Free-text thread replies are not yet mirrored back as comments — that's on the roadmap.

Which Slack permissions does the app request?

The app requests scopes to post messages, read messages you explicitly act on (via the message action), and manage its own slash command. It does not read your full message history.

Can different channels route to different teams?

Yes. You can map each subscribed channel to a specific team, project, or saved view, so support, engineering, and design channels each feed the right inbox.

Pick a default channel and teamChoose which Slack workspace channel new asks route to and which Planoda team owns them. You can add more channel-to-team mappings later.
